ccn9 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the ccn9 platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR amount held in a Player's ccn9 wallet, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds, which are tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "ccn9" refers to ccn9 Gaming Ltd., the operator of the ccn9 platform accessible at ccn9.bet.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer table, slot, fishing game, bingo product, or any other gaming product offered on the ccn9 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and document verification process required to unlock full account functionality, including withdrawals.
• "Platform" means the ccn9 website, its mobile-optimised interface, and all associated software, tools, and services.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a ccn9 account and uses the Platform for gaming or betting purposes.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency used on the ccn9 platform.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting section of ccn9, including but not limited to cricket betting, PSL markets, and other sporting events.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ccn9 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Your continued use of the ccn9 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. ccn9 recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The current version and effective date are always displayed at the top of this page.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

The ccn9 platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ccn9 enforces a minimum age of 21 years on all account registrations and gaming activity. This is non-negotiable and strictly enforced.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal recreational use.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of ccn9 complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through the ccn9 responsible gaming tools or imposed by any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You are not a current or former employee of ccn9, its subsidiaries, or its third-party service providers in a role that would give you access to non-public information about the Platform's operations or game outcomes.

ccn9 verifies age at two points: at registration via mobile number verification, and at the withdrawal stage via CNIC or passport-based KYC documentation. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all pending bets voided, and any deposits returned to the original payment method. Winnings accumulated on an underage account will be forfeited in full.

4. Account Registration & KYC

Each eligible Player may hold exactly one (1) ccn9 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If ccn9 detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by shared mobile number, CNIC, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — all duplicate accounts will be closed, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus play may be voided.

At registration, Players must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. ccn9 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any point during the account lifecycle.

KYC Documentation Requirements: Before a withdrawal can be processed, all Players must complete the KYC process by submitting:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered to the same mobile number).
• A selfie or video selfie as requested by our verification team.

ccn9 processes KYC submissions within 48 hours under normal circumstances. Players who refuse to complete KYC or who submit fraudulent documents will have their accounts closed and any funds held pending investigation under our anti-money-laundering obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ccn9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to support immediately.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the ccn9 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ccn9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

• JazzCash — minimum deposit Rs 200; withdrawals processed same-day for KYC-verified accounts.
• EasyPaisa — minimum deposit Rs 200; withdrawals processed same-day for KYC-verified accounts.
• HBL Internet Banking — minimum deposit Rs 500; withdrawals processed within 1 business day.
• UBL Omni — minimum deposit Rs 500; withdrawals processed within 1 business day.
• Meezan Bank Transfer — minimum deposit Rs 500; withdrawals processed within 1 business day.

Withdrawals are only permitted to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same ccn9 account. ccn9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not linked to the registered account holder.

ccn9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding Rs 100,000 in a single transaction or Rs 500,000 in a rolling 30-day period. This is a regulatory compliance requirement and not discretionary.

ccn9 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which ccn9 accepts no responsibility. All applicable charges from your bank or mobile wallet provider are your own responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ccn9 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, PSL cricket betting cashback, fishing game tournaments, and free spin awards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which supplement and in the event of conflict supersede these general Terms with respect to that specific promotion.

General Bonus Conditions applicable to all ccn9 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have completed account registration. New Player bonuses are available to first-time depositors only — one per household, per device, per IP address.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the promotion page.
• Real-money funds are used first for wagering. Bonus funds are consumed only after the real-money balance reaches zero.
• ccn9 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the point of amendment retain the right to complete the wagering requirement under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or the systematic exploitation of free bet offers — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds beyond the capped maximum withdrawal amount stated in each promotion's specific terms will be forfeited at the point of withdrawal.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing bets or playing games on the ccn9 platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ccn9 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the system, except where a clear and manifest error has occurred on the part of ccn9.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error (a clearly incorrect odd that no reasonable person would expect to be genuine), ccn9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• In-play bets on cricket and other sports markets are accepted subject to network latency. ccn9 is not responsible for bets submitted during a brief suspension of a market due to a significant event in the match (e.g., a wicket, boundary, or review). Such bets may be voided at ccn9's discretion.
• For live casino games, the result displayed on the ccn9 interface is final. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, ccn9's server-side records will determine the outcome of any affected bet. Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection.
• All RNG-based slot and casino games on ccn9 are certified by independent third-party auditors. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published on the respective game information pages. ccn9 does not guarantee any specific outcome or winning frequency.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface and may be adjusted for individual accounts at ccn9's discretion as a responsible gaming or risk management measure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ccn9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one ccn9 account per individual.
• Fraud & Chargebacks: Depositing funds via fraudulent payment methods, initiating unjustified chargebacks, or using stolen financial credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using the ccn9 platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds as part of any money laundering or terrorist financing activity. ccn9 has a legal obligation to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or the systematic registration of accounts by a single person or organised group.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players in live poker, live casino, or sports betting to manipulate outcomes or share information for financial gain at the expense of other Players or ccn9.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform.
• Impersonation: Registering an account using another person's identity, documents, or payment credentials.
• Underage Use: Knowingly allowing a person under the age of 21 to use your ccn9 account or assisting a minor in registering an account.

9. Responsible Gaming

ccn9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal hardship. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ccn9 Players at no cost and with immediate effect from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set or reduced at any time. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss cap over a daily, weekly, or monthly period.
• Session Time Limits: An automatic session timer can be configured to terminate your session after a set period of active play.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders at player-defined intervals displaying time spent and net gaming result during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Immediate account lock available with one click from account settings. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, no marketing communications will be sent to the affected Player.

ccn9 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor may have accessed the ccn9 Platform, contact our support team immediately. We will close the account and return all deposits made.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ccn9 platform — including but not limited to the ccn9 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, game assets, odds data, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ccn9 Gaming Ltd. or is licensed to ccn9 by third-party rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ccn9 Platform for personal recreational purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or broadcast any content from the Platform without written consent from ccn9.
• Create derivative works based on any ccn9 content or intellectual property.
• Use any ccn9 trademarks, logos, or branding in any context outside the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of ccn9 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. ccn9 reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ccn9 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the ccn9 Platform or any game or service offered thereon.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, including during live sporting events or live casino sessions.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or account balances caused by technical failure, provided ccn9 takes reasonable corrective steps upon becoming aware of the error.
• Losses suffered as a result of gambling activity on the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ccn9's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

12. Privacy & Data

ccn9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering a ccn9 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by ccn9 includes registration information, KYC documents, transaction history, device and IP data, and gameplay records. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, meet regulatory obligations, provide customer support, and — where you have not opted out — send promotional communications.

ccn9 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification partners, game providers, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

ccn9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Determination that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• At the Player's own written request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ccn9 will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected resolution timeframe to the Player via their registered email address or mobile number. Real-money balances held in suspended accounts that are cleared of any violation will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following the conclusion of the investigation.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending the outcome of any legal proceedings or regulatory referrals arising from the breach.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ccn9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notification within the account dashboard and, where appropriate, via the mobile number or email address associated with the account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not alter their substance, or additions of new game-specific rule sets — may take effect immediately upon publication. The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the ccn9 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the ccn9 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ccn9 Gaming Ltd. is incorporated, as stated in the licensing information published on the Platform.

In the event of a dispute between you and ccn9, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved quickly and amicably through our support channel. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedure established by our licensing authority, the details of which are available in the license information section of the Platform.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent or restrain a breach that would cause irreparable harm.
